Let our manager, Athena, help you to plan your ceremony & reception by choosing our all-inclusive package.  Stay within your budget and avoid the stress of organizing all your service providers on your own. We are here for you!  

 

 

Full Wedding Ceremony & Reception Packages

All packages include the following: 

  • use of outdoor private estate
  • use of covered pavilion with sound system
  • professional photography by Mike Wingo Photography   (4 hours service, a flash drive with all images edited, copyright release)
  • professional custom floral design (3 bouquets, 3 boutonnieres) 
  • *NEW* Complete Day-Of Coordination by our on-site pro planner/coordinator, Stacy (personalized 10 hour service, detailed timeline, organization, etc.)
  • ivory chairs for seating
  • white tent (Enchanted & Extravagant packages only)
  • restroom & small dressing room
  • electrical access
  • all tables & linens (your choice of table shape & 50 linen colors)
  • one hour rehearsal
  • 8 hours on wedding day
  • set up & clean up
  • golf cart for transport assistance
  • unlimited contact/meetings with venue owner/manager, Athena

 

Elegant

for up to 75 guests $4,700

Enchanted

for up to 125 guests $5,900

Extravagant

for up to 175 guests $6,900

$35 per person over each package amount (Example: For 85 guests add $350 to the Elegant package).

The main service we do not offer are food, cake and music, but we welcome any outside music providers and caterers.  When you book, we send you an Recommended Vendors list.

Couples who book our all-inclusive package save an average of $3,000 and much unneeded stress compared to couples who book all services separately on their own.  However, if you do not need our photographer or florist these package prices will go down & you are welcome to bring in your own service providers.  Call us for a custom quote!
