We can accommodate up to 175 guests for wedding ceremonies & receptions. We offer a simple hourly rate so you may have a custom Enchanted Hills wedding. We will share with you a long list of recommended vendors whom we’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years including chair/table/tent/linen rental, photographers, florists, coordinators, caterers, DJ’s, bartenders and more!

Simple Hourly Rental Rate
Any outside service providers are welcome, a list of recommended vendors will be provided upon booking. We include the following:
use of our outdoor estate
use of our covered pavilion in case of rain, with sound system upon request
electrical access anywhere on property
small dressing room
access to LED string lights, wireless speaker & other small items
‘Ceremony Only’ Rate Starts at $150 per hour. Ceremony With Reception rate starts at $225 per hour for first 8 hours, $100 per hour after 8.

We offer the following "add-on" options for any event booked with us:
Officiant Services (someone to marry you) $250
Setup and breakdown of chairs & tables ($100 - $200)
Our 1930’s home is now available for use as a Bridal/Groom Suite upstairs and Lounge downstairs! $100 per hour
A $500 Deposit is due upon booking any weddings to save your date.
A second payment of $500 is due 6 months before your wedding.
A third payment of $500 is due 3 months before your wedding.
Final balance is due 1 month before your wedding.
(You are welcome to make higher or more frequent payments, this is just our minimum requirement.)
