We can accommodate up to 125 guests for wedding ceremonies & receptions, however we are now focusing on Elopements & Small weddings. We will book a very limited number of events over 60 people. We will share with you a long list of recommended vendors whom we’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years including photographers, florists, coordinators, caterers, DJ’s, bartenders and more!

Full Ceremony & Reception Package:

Any outside service providers are welcome, a list of recommended vendors will be provided upon booking. We include the following:

• 1 hour coordinated rehearsal

• ordained officiant for a legal marriage ceremony

• up to 10 hours on site on wedding day (varies by package, see below)

• one small dressing room with A/C (our pool bathhouse)

• black chairs (white or brown available for upcharge)

• tables for guests, food, drinks, cake, miscellaneous

• setup and breakdown of chairs and tables

• large white tent (only for select packages) to cover up to 125 ppl.

• use of our outdoor estate, 3+ ceremony sites to choose from depending on guest count

• use of our covered pavilion, with sound system upon request (can be used as backup for ceremony if rain, dance floor after tent reception, or seated reception up to 50 ppl with no tent)

• electrical access anywhere on property

• access to LED string lights, wireless speaker & other small items

  *May - Oct. ONLY. No off-season options available.

  Up to 30 people and 6 hours:    

  $1,700

  Up to 60 ppl. 8 hours:                 

  $2,600

  Up to 125 ppl. 10 hours (includes 30x50 tent):             

  $4,900

  *$30 per person over each package amount

Payment Structure

1. A $500 Deposit is due upon booking any weddings to save your date.

2. A second payment of $500 is due 6 months before your wedding.

3. A third payment of $500 is due 3 months before your wedding.

4. Final balance is due 1 month before your wedding.

   (You are welcome to make higher or more frequent payments, this is just our minimum requirement.)
